CAMPING: Regulations for Campers

The camper is personally responsible for any damage or accidents they cause and is also responsible for the actions of those camping with them.
Anyone staying at the campsite must respect public order and morality and behave decently and appropriately.

Use of Sanitary Facilities
• The use of the sanitary facilities/showers is limited to one cabin per family.
• Each user must ensure that the sanitary areas/showers are kept clean and left in good condition after use so that everyone can use them under the best conditions. Therefore, it is mandatory to remove shoes before entering these areas.
• Wearing shoes is strictly forbidden inside tents and shower areas. If this rule is not respected and dirt is clearly caused by wearing shoes, a fee of €50 to €100 may be deducted to cover the cost of cleaning or replacing floor mats.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside tents and sanitary areas.

Damages and Security Deposit
• If damage is found in the tent areas, the security deposit may be fully or partially retained. The amount withheld will be determined by the organizer.
• If the bedding is damaged, the entire deposit will be retained as compensation.
• Mattresses are covered with protective sheets, but additional mattress covers are available in each tent. Users should put them in place if necessary.

Tents and Sleeping Arrangements
• The standard tent rental is for two people. Campers can choose either a double bed or two single beds.
• If you rent a tent for three people, you may only use three sleeping places: the double bed and one single bed. If all three beds are occupied, an additional fee will be charged and deducted from the deposit.
• Tents are available for check-in from 4:00 PM and must be vacated on the day of departure between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
• Breakfasts must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. They contain gluten and lactose, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific dietary requirements.

Respect for the Campsite and Other Campers
• It is strictly forbidden (under penalty of immediate expulsion) to leave trash on the ground. Garbage bags are provided free of charge.
• Campers are not allowed to damage the ground. Any damage to vegetation, fences, land, or facilities is the responsibility of the person who caused it, who must pay for the repairs.
• Proper behavior and appropriate attire must be observed.
• Quiet hours on the campsite must be respected between 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM.

• Any illegal substances.
• Hookahs and water pipes.
• Unsealed bottles.

• Music installations (sound systems). Loud music is not allowed; please respect the sleep of others.
• Commercial activities: campers are not allowed to sell food, drinks, or any other items.
• The distribution of flyers and other promotional materials is prohibited.
• Sharp objects, blunt objects, and any other materials harmful to a peaceful environment (knives, fireworks, firecrackers, etc.) are prohibited.

Safety
• Stewards will be present at all times on-site and inside the camping area. Please report any problems to them.
