Rules for Campers

Camper Responsibilities

The camper is personally responsible for any damage or accidents they cause and is also accountable for the actions of the people camping with them.

All guests staying at the glamping site must respect public morals and tranquility and adhere to standards of decency and good conduct.

Several shower cabins are available, but the use of sanitary facilities/showers is limited to one family at a time. Each user must ensure that they do not dirty the sanitary facilities/showers and must leave them clean after use so that everyone can enjoy them under the best conditions. Therefore, it is mandatory to remove shoes before entering these areas.

Wearing shoes is strictly prohibited inside the tents and shower areas. If this rule is not followed and noticeable dirt results from wearing shoes, a fee of €50 to €100 may be charged to cover the cleaning or replacement of floor mats.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside tents and sanitary areas.

If any damage is found in the tents, the deposit may be partially or fully withheld. The amount retained will be determined by the organizer.

If the bedding is damaged, the full deposit will be kept as compensation.

Mattresses are covered with protective covers, but additional mattress protectors are available in each tent, and users should place them if they deem it necessary.

Tent Accommodation

The basic rental of a tent is for two people. Campers may choose either the double bed or the two single beds.

If you rent a tent for three people, you may only use three sleeping spaces—either the double bed and one single bed. If all three beds are used, an additional fee will be charged and deducted from the deposit.

Tents are available for check-in from 4:00 PM and must be vacated on the day of departure between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Breakfasts must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. They contain gluten and lactose, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special dietary needs.

Respect for the Site and Other Campers

Abandoning litter on the ground is strictly prohibited (and may result in immediate expulsion). Trash bags are provided free of charge.

Campers must not damage the ground. Any damage to vegetation, fences, terrain, or facilities is the responsibility of the camper, who must cover the cost of repairs.

Appropriate behavior and attire are required at all times.

Quiet hours must be respected between 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM.

Prohibited Items & Activities

The following are strictly forbidden on-site:
• Pets, except for guide dogs for visually impaired individuals.
• Illegal substances (drugs).
• Hookahs, water pipes (shisha).
• Unsealed bottles.
• Open flames exceeding the size of a lighter flame (candles, burners, gas installations, etc.).
• Generators.
• Tools (wrenches, pliers, shovels). Any attempt to climb, open, or damage infrastructure or to introduce prohibited items onto the site will result in immediate expulsion and legal action.
• Sound systems (large speakers). Loud music is not allowed—please respect others’ sleep.
• Commercial activities—campers are not allowed to sell food, drinks, or any other items.
• Distribution of flyers or promotional materials.
• Sharp, blunt, or hazardous objects (knives, fireworks, firecrackers, weapons, etc.).
• Awnings, gazebos, additional tents, or shelters.
• If a camper chooses to abandon a prohibited item at the entrance to gain access to the campsite, the organization is not responsible for its safekeeping or return.
• Banners, signs, or objects displaying discriminatory or provocative messages.
• Vehicles—Cars, motorcycles, mopeds, trailers, caravans, and camper vans are not allowed inside the site. A designated parking area is available nearby.

Anyone found in possession of a prohibited item will be immediately and permanently expelled from the site without refund. Access will be denied to anyone violating these rules. Offenders may face legal consequences.

Safety

Stewards will be present on-site. Please report any issues to them.

Despite the presence of security personnel, it is impossible to monitor every camper’s belongings. Do not leave valuables unattended in your tent. The organization assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to campers’ personal belongings.
